6.주의
  6-1.스페어 부품중에는 다른 모델과 공통으로 사용하거나 관리상의 이유로 제작모델의 부품번호와는 다른 부품번호를 갖는 부품이 있습니다.
  6-2.고무 호스와 비닐튜브는 차에서 실제로 요구되는 길이나 부품 카탈로그상에 언급되는 길이에 따라 잘라 사용합니다.

This parts catalogue covers the list of all service parts for WOW 50(TE50B,TE50)and F.R.T for replacement of the parts.

 6-1. There are some different parts from those of production models among spare parts for the adminstrative reasons and common use of them with other      models.
 6-2. In respect of rubber hoses and winyl tubes, please be sure to use them by cutting off according to the length mentioned on parts catalogue or what      is actually required on the vehicle

이 표준 정비작업 시간표는 효성 모터사이클의 보증수리에 대한 공임지불을 위해 적용되어야 할 작업기준시간을 나타낸 것 입니다.

1.표준 정비작업 시간의 표시
이 표준 정비작업 시간표는 효성 모터사이클의 보증수리에 대한 공임지불을 위해 적용되어야 할 작업기준시간을 나타낸 것입니다
 1-1.표시위치와 단위
    각 페이지의 표준 작업시간란에 시간의 단위로 표시하며, 1시간미만은 10분율로 표시되어 있습니다.

(예1) 분을 시간으로 환산하려면 60으로 나눕니다.
           1시간 20분(80분)
             ☞ 80 ÷ 60 = 1.333(1.3시간)
        (예) 시간을 분으로 나타내려면 60을 곱합니다.
           1.3시간(1시간과 3/10)
             ☞ 1.3 x 60 = 78분(1시간 18분)
        두 사람이 실시하는 직업은, 한 사람의 연시간으로 환산되어 있습니다.

2. 표준 정비작업 시간의 적용방법
 2-1. 관련 부품의 교환작업
     관련된 두 종류 이상의 부품을 탈착, 교체작업한 경우로 같은 작업흐름 속에서 이루어 질 때는 가장 긴 작업시간을 요하는 부품의 표준
     작업시간을 적용합니다.
       (예 크랭크 샤프트, 실린더 헤드, 실린더 등 세 부품을 교환한 경우
           ☞ 가장 작업시간을 요하는 '크랭크 샤프느' 의 표준 작업시간을 적용합니다.
 2-2. 관련되지 않은 부품의 교환작업
     관련되지 않은 두 종류 이상의 부품을 탈착, 교체 작업한 경우는 각 부품의 표준 작업시간을 합산합니다.
 2-3. 기재되지 않은 작업
    본 표에 기재되어 있지 않은 작업에 대해서는 유사작업의 시간을 적용합니다.
 

Ⅱ. Flat Rate Time(F.R.T)
 This table of Flat Rate Times shows the labor operations and time allowances for the purpose of computing labor reimbursements in connection with warranty repair for HYOSUNG motorcycles.

1.Expressin of F.R.T
 1-1. Location & Dimension of F.R.T. 
     F.R.T are expressed in hours and 1/10 hours at the right side of each page.

Co-work of two people is expressed in the total man-hours of one worker.

1-2. Symbols & Abbreviations
   Blank : It means F.R.T. is only one.
   B(  ) : in case of replacement both the right and the left, or both the front and the rear, F.R.T. in (  ) is available.
   W(  ): Non-warranty parts('W' is marked in front of F.R.T.)
         ※ Refer to the contents of No. 3-10 and No. 4 in HYOSUNG owner's manual.
           ☞ Expendable parts & wendor's warranty parts(Batteries, Tires, Tubes)

2.Application of F.R.T.
 2-1. Replacement of parts in combination with a typical repair
    In case of replacement of more than two relative parts, if it is done in congruous
    repair flow, F.R.T. of Crankshaft that wastes the longest repair time is available.
 2-2. Replacement of parts of being independent one another
    In case of Removal and Reinstallation, Replacement of more than two independent
    parts, F.R.Ts. are added up totally.
 2-3. Repair not listed in this table
    For the repair not listed in this table, F.R.T of the most similar work is available.

3. 표준 정비작업 시간의 책정기준
  3-1. 서비스매뉴얼에서 기준으로 정한 공구설비, 지정된 특수공구 및 리프터를 가진 공장에서, 정해진 절타대로 정비하는 것을 기준조건으로 합니다.
  3-2. 작업원은 정비경험이 3년 이상인 사람 또는 그와 동등 정도의 사람이거나 효성의 기술강습을 수료한 사람이 정비하는 경우를 기준으로 합니다.
  3-3. 차량은 대체로 1년 전후 사용한 정도의 것을 대상으로 합니다.
  3-4. 표준 정비작업 시간은 '준비시간' , '실 작업시간' , '여유시간' 을 보탠 '직접작업시간' 을 표준 정비 작업 시간으로 합니다.

4. 조정, 청소, 측정의 표준 작업시간
  부품교환 이외의 조정, 청소, 측정의 표준 작업시간으로 공임지불 대상에서 제외합니다.

* 오버홀 ~ 완전분해, 청소, 검사, 조립, 조정작업 포함함.

3.Condition for arrsnging F.R.T.
 3-1. It is the basic condition that repair is to be done according to the due procedure at working area equipped hand tool, secial tools and lifter as specified in HYOSING Service Manuals.
 3-2. It is also a condition that repair is done by technicians who have more than three year repairing experience or equal standard, or completed the
HTOSUNG Technical Training Courses.
 3-3. The objective vehicle is to be used one year or so.
 3-4. F.R.T. is 'Actual working time' that consists of 'Set-up time', 'Net working time', 'Margin time'.

4.F.R.T. of Adjustment, Cleaning and Measurement
 It is a time for adjustment, cleaning and measurement without replacement of parts, that is excluded from reimbursement.

* 'Overhaul' includes full Disassembling, Cleaning, Checking, Assembling and Adjustment.

4. 용품류 표준정비시간 매뉴얼

1. 표준정비시간 설정은 준비시간과 실작업시간 및 여유시간을 포함한 시간임.
2. 시간단위는 1/10시간(십분율)으로 표시함 → 예) 0.5=30분
3. 각각의 개별 작업시간이 전체(풀세트)교환 시간보다 많을 경우에는 풀세트 시간을 적용함.
4. 기존 장착되어 있는 용품의 탈착시간 : 범퍼세트는 0.3시간, 그외 0.1시간을 추가 적용함.

4. The flat rate time of accessories

1. The flat rate time includes the set up time, net working time and margine time.
2. Repair times are expressed in hours and 1/10 hours. → Examples : 0.5hour=30minutes
3. In case that the each labor time is higher than of the whole(full set) exchange time, we recommend that you apply a rule to the full set time.
4. The removal time of existing used accessories. : bumper set : 0.3hour, other : 0.1hour
